About TradeShowBuzz
What We Do
TradeShowBuzz is a trade show intelligence platform built for exhibitors, attendees, and event organizers. We index thousands of trade shows — categorised by industry, country, and city — so you can compare events before committing your exhibition budget.
Exhibiting at the wrong show costs more than the booth fee. A 10×10 inline exhibit at a major industry event runs $3,000–$8,000 before you add shipping, setup, staffing, and marketing materials. TradeShowBuzz exists so that decision is based on data, not guesswork.
What You'll Find Here
- Show profiles — dates, venue, attendee and exhibitor counts, industry focus, and Buzz Score ratings
- Real reviews — feedback from exhibitors and attendees on lead quality, foot traffic, and ROI
- Industry directories — shows filtered by vertical, from manufacturing and technology to food service and fashion
- Geographic coverage — events across 60+ countries, filterable by city and region
- Resources — guides, best practices, and planning tools to help you evaluate shows and measure results
Who We Serve
Primarily B2B companies with active exhibition programmes: teams of 5–200 people that attend 3–15 shows per year and need a faster way to evaluate new events without relying solely on organizer-supplied attendee numbers.
We also serve first-time exhibitors deciding whether a trade show belongs in their marketing mix at all, and event organizers who want verified data about their show's performance in the market.
The Data
Show data is collected from public sources, exhibitor-submitted reviews, and organizer filings. Buzz Scores are computed from a combination of attendee composition, exhibitor-to-attendee ratio, historical review ratings, and show longevity. We update show profiles annually, with corrections accepted year-round.
