Real Reviews from Real Exhibitors

Trade show organizers publish their own attendee numbers. TradeShowBuzz publishes what exhibitors actually experienced.

Reviews cover the details that matter when you're deciding where to spend $10,000–$50,000 in exhibition budget:

  • Lead quality — were attendees actual buyers with authority and budget, or a mix of students, competitors, and tyre-kickers?
  • Foot traffic — did the organizer's reported attendee count translate to meaningful booth visits, or was the floor sparse by mid-afternoon on day two?
  • Organizer execution — setup window, move-out efficiency, show management responsiveness, and first-timer support
  • Networking value — hosted buyer programmes, structured networking sessions, speaker quality
  • Return intent — would the exhibitor book again, and at what booth size?

Each data point feeds the show's Buzz Score — a composite rating that weights traffic quality, lead qualification, and exhibitor satisfaction across recent editions.

How Reviews Are Collected

Exhibitors submit reviews through the TradeShowBuzz platform following a show. We verify that reviewers were registered exhibitors or registered attendees before publishing their feedback. Reviews cannot be submitted by organizers for their own events.

Buzz Scores are recalculated as new reviews arrive, with more recent editions weighted more heavily to reflect changes in show quality over time.
