IBEW International Convention

The IBEW International Convention is the governing convention of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, held at the San Diego Convention Center. Delegates from IBEW local unions across the United States and Canada gather to conduct union business, elect international officers, and set policy. IBEW conventions typically include an exhibitor area with union-affiliated vendors such as credit unions, insurance and benefit providers, and safety and tool suppliers serving IBEW members and locals, alongside educational sessions and delegate business proceedings. It is a periodic gathering held roughly every five years.
