NICA Marketplace is the National Independent Concessionaires Association's annual trade show and educational event for the fair, festival and mobile food and games industry, serving business owners, fair industry leaders and trade show exhibitors. The program combines a non-exclusive trade show floor with educational sessions led by event industry speakers and networking opportunities. The event runs November 8-11, 2026 at the Tuscany Suites & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
