OPTECH Conference and Exposition

OPTECH Conference and Exposition is the National Multifamily Housing Council's annual event for multifamily housing professionals focused on technology, operations and marketing. The program pairs expert-led education and hands-on product demonstrations with an expo floor where suppliers showcase products and services for rental housing communities, plus a Fast Pitches showcase for emerging companies. The event runs November 16-18, 2026 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.
