Annual Vermont Cheesemakers Festival

The Vermont Cheesemakers Festival gathers cheesemakers, dairy producers and food and beverage vendors at Shelburne Farms' Breeding Barn near Burlington. Attendees sample a wide range of Vermont-made cheeses alongside wine, craft beer and other local foods, and can attend cheesemaking demonstrations and educational sessions. The event also includes a trade and networking component for producers and buyers. Organized by the Vermont Cheese Council, it is held annually each September and is open to the general public with ticketed admission.
