Carrefour Européen du Patchwork & Arts Textiles is an annual textile arts festival held in the Val d'Argent valley of Alsace, France, across the villages of Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines, Lièpvre, and Rombach-le-Franc. The four-day event brings together more than 30 international exhibitions of patchwork, quilting, embroidery, mixed media, dyeing, crochet, and lace, showing over 1,000 artworks. Visitors can browse vendor booths covering thousands of square meters offering fabrics, supplies, and materials, and take part in workshops, seminars, and retreats led by instructors from around the world. The event is widely regarded as one of the leading textile arts gatherings in Europe, drawing amateur and professional textile artists, collectors, and enthusiasts. Admission is free, with the main site open to visitors Thursday through Sunday.
