EDPA ACCESS is the annual conference of the Experiential Designers & Producers Association (EDPA), the association for companies and professionals in experiential design and production, from trade show exhibits to brand experiences. ACCESS 2026 takes place December 1-3 at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona.
The program combines keynote speakers and tactical education sessions with networking and industry recognition, bringing together members and non-members from across the experiential design and production community. Optional activities include a golf scramble, an off-road excursion, and a wellness workshop.
For exhibit houses, producers, and their suppliers, ACCESS is a focused setting to discuss the business of the industry, share practices, and build relationships with peers, rather than a public trade show.
