EXPO REAL 2027, Europe's largest trade fair for property, investment and infrastructure, runs October 4-6, 2027 at Messe München in Munich, Germany. Organized by Messe München, it brings together investors, developers, financiers, operators, cities and regions, and public-sector bodies.
The most recent edition, in October 2026, reported 1,777 exhibitors from 37 countries and more than 42,000 participants from 74 countries across seven halls and 76,000 square meters, according to the organizer's final report. 2026 was also the first edition with a dedicated investable infrastructure area, InfrastructureNow, covering energy, digital and social infrastructure and defense real estate, alongside the Flexible Housing forum and the Transform & Beyond area.
