EXPO REAL is Europe's largest B2B trade fair for property, investment and infrastructure, held every October at Messe München. The 2026 edition ran October 5-7, 2026 across seven halls and 76,000 square meters.
According to Messe München's final report, it drew 1,777 exhibitors from 37 countries (2025: 1,742 from 34) and more than 42,000 participants from 74 countries (2025: around 42,000 from 70), which the organizer described as slightly above the previous year's level.
For the first time, investable infrastructure had its own area, InfrastructureNow, with a dedicated forum, conference program and special show covering energy, digital and social infrastructure and defense real estate. Housing remained a core theme through the "Flexible Housing - Opportunities Next Door" forum, and the Transform & Beyond area covered decarbonization, digitalization, AI and energy supply. Before the show, the organizer announced a conference program of more than 200 panels and over 650 speakers.
The next edition, EXPO REAL 2027, takes place October 4-6, 2027, in Munich.
