Gulfood Manufacturing 2026

Gulfood Manufacturing is the food and beverage manufacturing exhibition held every November at Dubai World Trade Centre in the UAE. The 2026 edition runs November 3-5 and spans most of the venue, from Sheikh Saeed Halls to Za'abeel Halls and the Trade Centre Arena.

It covers the production side of the food industry rather than finished products: processing and packaging machinery, ingredients, automation, logistics and supply chain technology.

The organizer reports that its last edition drew 61,907 industry professionals and more than 2,500 exhibitors from 79 countries across 21 halls, which it describes as a record.

Gulfood Manufacturing opens the same week as ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi and Saudi Build in Riyadh, so the Gulf has three significant floors running in parallel in early November.
