IBIE

IBIE (the International Baking Industry Exposition) is the largest commercial and retail baking trade show in the Western Hemisphere, held in Las Vegas every three years. Exhibitors show equipment, ingredients and technology for baking, snack foods, pizza, tortillas and related grain-based food production. The show is organized by BEMA and draws baking and food industry suppliers, manufacturers and retailers, and is not open to the general public.
