Seafood Expo North America (paired with Seafood Processing North America) is the largest seafood trade event in North America, held at the Boston convention center. Buyers and suppliers across retail, restaurant, catering, foodservice and processing meet to source fresh, frozen, packaged and value-added seafood products along with processing equipment and services. The show runs alongside its sister show covering processing technology and equipment.
