SIAL Paris is the world's largest food and drink trade exhibition, held every two years at Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte. The 2026 edition runs Saturday 17 to Wednesday 21 October. SIAL covers the entire food supply chain, from grocery, fresh, frozen and chilled products through dairy, meat, seafood and produce to ingredients, packaging and processing equipment, and it is laid out strictly by product sector rather than by country or company, which is the main reason buyers rate it.
The 2024 edition drew 285,000 visitors, 78.5% of them from outside France and representing around 205 countries, alongside 7,500 exhibitors from 127 countries across more than 270,000 square metres. The organiser is promoting 295,000 visitors and 8,000 exhibitors for 2026, though those are targets rather than results. Roughly 400,000 products are on display, and the show's innovation programme, SIAL Innovation, marks its 30th anniversary in 2026 with 2,500 products in competition.
SIAL Paris is strictly trade-only. There is no free public tier and no consumer day, children under 16 are not admitted even when accompanied, and every visitor pays: solo tickets run from EUR 90 at the early-bird rate to EUR 210 on site. Halls open 10:00-18:30 Saturday to Tuesday and 10:00-17:00 on the Wednesday, with last admission at 14:00 on the final day.

How much does a SIAL Paris 2026 ticket cost?+
Solo visitor tickets are EUR 90 early bird, EUR 130 standard, EUR 160 late bird and EUR 210 on site, all including VAT and valid for all five days. Groups of three or more pay EUR 80 to EUR 130 per person. A VIP ticket is EUR 350 at every tier. The EUR 90 early-bird rate closed on 16 June 2026.

SIAL Paris is biennial, running in even-numbered years. The 2026 edition follows the 60th-anniversary 2024 edition, and the next one after this falls in 2028.
How do I get to Paris Nord Villepinte?+
Take RER B towards Aeroport Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and get off at Parc des Expositions, about 20 minutes from Gare du Nord. Do not get off at Villepinte station, which does not serve the exhibition centre. A standard Metro ticket is not valid; you need a Ticket Metro-Train-RER at EUR 2.55 per journey in 2026, or a Navigo Day pass.
