Unified Wine & Grape Symposium

The Unified Wine & Grape Symposium is held at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento, produced by the American Society for Enology and Viticulture and allied organizations. The event combines educational sessions on winemaking and vineyard management with a trade show floor featuring suppliers of winery equipment, vineyard technology, and related services. Attendees include winemakers, vineyard managers and owners, winery executives, and tasting room staff from across the US wine industry. The show is trade-only.
