International Production & Processing Expo

The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) is the world's largest annual poultry, egg, meat and animal food industry trade show, held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta and organized by the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association with the American Feed Industry Association and the Meat Institute. Over 1,200 exhibitors showcase processing equipment, packaging and technology to industry buyers across three exhibit halls. The 2027 edition runs January 26-28.
