International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York

The International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York, also known as the New York Restaurant Show, is a foodservice industry trade show held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Now in its 34th year, it brings together restaurant, hotel and foodservice operators with suppliers of equipment, ingredients and services. Features include tasting areas, cooking demonstrations, and specialty pavilions covering different segments of the foodservice industry.
