November 2026 Trade Shows: 55+ Major Events, Dates & Planning Guide

November is the last full month of the trade show year, and it packs three hard collisions: SEMA, ADIPEC and WTM in week one, electronica, EuroTier and EIMA on the same four days, then MEDICA, Formnext and Fi Europe. Here are 55+ November 2026 trade shows by date, city and industry, plus the events that changed month, city or venue for 2026.

November 2026 Trade Shows: 55+ Major Events, Dates & Planning Guide

November Is the Last Full Month to Do Business

December thins out fast once the holidays approach, which makes November the final full month of the trade show year. Organizers know it, and they pack it accordingly. The TradeShowBuzz database lists 1,070 published events opening in November 2026, and the internationally significant ones cluster into three hard collisions rather than spreading evenly across the month.

The first week alone carries SEMA and AAPEX in Las Vegas, ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi, WTM London in London, EquipHotel and Euronaval in Paris, and the China International Import Expo in Shanghai. The second week puts three even-year biennials on the same opening four days: electronica in Munich, EuroTier in Hannover and EIMA International in Bologna. The third week sends medical technology to Düsseldorf, additive manufacturing and food ingredients to Frankfurt, and a large share of the US calendar to Las Vegas and Orlando at the same time.

November 2026 is also a month where the published calendar has moved around more than usual, and several listings in circulation, including several in our own database before this check, still show the old dates. The details are in the listings section below.

Here are the November 2026 trade shows worth planning around, starting with the calendar at a glance.

The internationally significant November shows, selected editorially for international reach and scale from the 1,070 published events in the TradeShowBuzz database that open in the month (count as of September 28, 2026). For the full month, browse the TradeShowBuzz shows directory. Every date and city above was verified against the organizer's own site or official press material on September 28, 2026. Always confirm on the organizer's website before booking travel.

The Biggest Floors of the Month

Each figure below is the one the organizer reported for that show's most recent edition. These are historical figures, not forecasts for 2026, but they are the best available guide to the scale you should plan for.

EventMost recent editionReported figureExhibitors
EICMA2025600,000+ visitors730+ (2,000+ brands)
China Hi-Tech Fair2025400,000+ professional visitors5,000+
EIMA International2024346,800 visitors1,750
bauma CHINA2024281,488 trade visitors3,542
ADIPEC2025184,000 attendees2,200+
SEMA Show2025153,000+ attendees2,300 brands
EuroTier (with EnergyDecentral)2024~120,000 visitors2,193
EquipHotel2024113,000 professional visitors1,200+
METALEX2025100,162 visitors2,500+
The Big 5 Global202585,000+ attendees2,800+
MEDICA202581,000 visitors5,223
electronica2024~80,000 visitors3,480
Web Summit202571,386 attendees2,725 startups
AAPEX202570,900+ attendees2,600+
Cosmoprof Asia202564,761 visitors2,688

Read that table carefully, because the metrics are not interchangeable. EICMA opens to the public for most of its run, so the bulk of its 600,000 are motorcycle enthusiasts rather than buyers; the organizer counted 43,000 industry professionals within that total. EuroTier's figure includes its co-located energy fair. SEMA and AAPEX both report attendees, which can include exhibitor staff, while bauma CHINA reports trade visitors only. Do not rank these against each other as if they were the same number, and do not compare them with figures from other months.

Two events are missing from the table on purpose. The China International Import Expo is best measured by what it sells rather than who walks in: its 2025 edition hosted 4,108 exhibiting companies from 138 countries and reported US$83.49 billion in tentative deals. The India International Trade Fair runs for 14 days at Bharat Mandapam and mixes trade days with public days, and we could not find a verified organizer total for its most recent edition, so we have not printed one.

What the table does support is a comparison of shape. MEDICA fields more exhibitors than any other show on this list against roughly 81,000 visitors, while EIMA draws more than four times the visitors to a third of the stands. Those are very different floors to work, and they need very different staffing plans.

Week One: The November 2-6 Pileup

The heaviest single week of the month is the first one. Between November 2 and 6, these all run at once:

  • SEMA Show - November 3-6 | Las Vegas Convention Center. Billed by the Specialty Equipment Market Association as the global stage for the automotive specialty-equipment industry. Trade-only, except for public access on the final day. (See our SEMA Show 2026 guide.)
  • AAPEX - November 3-5 | Venetian Expo, Las Vegas. The automotive aftermarket's parts and service marketplace, running the same week as SEMA on the other side of the Strip. The 2025 edition reported 70,900+ attendees and 2,600+ exhibiting manufacturers and suppliers.
  • ADIPEC - November 2-5 | ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Billed by its organizer as the largest gathering of the global energy industry, with 184,000 attendees and 2,200+ exhibitors reported for 2025. (See our ADIPEC 2026 guide.)
  • WTM London - November 3-5 | ExCeL London. The organizer described its 2025 edition as the biggest WTM London in its history, with 46,500 attendees, 5,500 buyers and 4,112 exhibiting companies.
  • EquipHotel - November 2-5 | Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Hotel and restaurant design, equipment and technology. Biennial, and note that the 2026 edition runs four days against five in 2024.
  • Euronaval - November 3-6 | Paris Nord Villepinte. Naval defense and maritime security, biennial in even years. The 2024 edition reported 483 exhibitors and 26,000 professional visitors.
  • Ecomondo - November 3-6 | Rimini Expo Centre. Italian Exhibition Group's circular economy and environmental technology fair, with 1,700+ exhibiting brands in 2025.
  • Smart City Expo World Congress - November 3-5 | Fira Barcelona Gran Via. Co-located with Tomorrow.Mobility and its sister congresses; the combined 2025 edition reported 27,000+ attendees from 143 countries.
  • ISPO - November 3-5 | RAI Amsterdam. The sporting goods fair's first edition outside Munich opens with the ISPO Leaders' Summit on November 3; the exhibition floor runs November 4-5.
  • Gulfood Manufacturing - November 3-5 | Dubai World Trade Centre. Food processing, packaging and supply chain technology; the 2025 edition set a record at 2,500+ exhibitors.
  • Saudi Build - November 2-5 | Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center. Construction materials and building technology.

Alongside them, the China International Import Expo opens in Shanghai on November 5, the same day as EICMA in Milan, and the Canton Fair's Phase 3 (fashion, home textiles, toys, health and food) closes in Guangzhou on November 4.

The practical consequence: automotive teams working SEMA and AAPEX, energy teams at ADIPEC and hospitality teams split between EquipHotel and WTM compete for staff and travel budgets in the same opening week. If your company sells into more than one of those audiences, the staffing decision for week one needs to be made now, not in October.

Europe: Three Collisions in Three Weeks

November 10-13: three biennials, three cities. electronica and SEMICON Europa share Messe München, EuroTier fills the Hannover exhibition grounds, and EIMA International takes BolognaFiere through November 14. electronica, EuroTier and EIMA run in even years only.

  • electronica is billed by its organizer as covering the entire world of electronics, from components and systems to applications. The 2024 edition reported around 80,000 visitors and 3,480 exhibitors from 59 countries. (See our electronica 2026 guide.)
  • SEMICON Europa is SEMI's European semiconductor fair. It co-locates with electronica in even years and with productronica in odd years, so a single Munich trip covers both electronics and chipmaking this year.
  • EuroTier is the DLG's livestock and animal farming fair, which the organizer bills as the world's leading event for animal husbandry. The 2024 edition drew 2,193 exhibitors from 51 countries.
  • EIMA International is FederUnacoma's agricultural and gardening machinery exhibition. The 2024 edition reported 346,800 visitors from 150 countries, up from 327,100 in 2022.

The practical consequence: EuroTier and EIMA are both agricultural, both biennial and both open on November 10. Suppliers selling into both livestock and field machinery cannot cover Hannover and Bologna with one team in 2026, and neither show returns until 2028.

November 16-20: Düsseldorf and Frankfurt. MEDICA and its supplier fair COMPAMED run November 16-19 at Messe Düsseldorf. MEDICA calls itself the world's leading medical technology trade fair, and its 2025 edition reported 81,000 visitors, 80% of them international, and 5,223 exhibitors. The next day, Messe Frankfurt opens two major events on the same grounds: Fi Europe (food and health ingredients, November 17-19) and Formnext (additive manufacturing, November 17-20), which reported 38,282 visitors and 804 exhibitors in 2025. Two concurrent fairs on one site means Frankfurt hotels tighten that week; book early.

November 24-26: SPS. SPS - Smart Production Solutions closes the European industrial year at NürnbergMesse. Mesago's final report for 2025 counted about 56,000 visitors and 1,175 exhibitors, up around 9% on visitors year on year.

Elsewhere in Europe, BIO-Europe returns to Cologne on November 9-11 for biopharma partnering, Web Summit runs November 9-12 in Lisbon (see our Web Summit 2026 guide), METSTRADE takes RAI Amsterdam for marine equipment on November 17-19, IBTM World brings the meetings and events industry to Barcelona on the same three days, and Slush gathers founders and investors in Helsinki on November 18-19.

Asia: China's Two Big Import and Tech Weeks, Plus India's Longest Fair

  • China International Import Expo - November 5-10 | National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai. Billed by its organizers as the world's first import-themed national-level expo, and relevant for any exporter targeting Chinese distribution. The 2025 edition hosted 4,108 exhibiting companies from 138 countries.
  • Cosmoprof Asia - November 10-13 | Hong Kong. Split across two venues: Cosmopack Asia (supply chain and packaging) at AsiaWorld-Expo on November 10-12, and Cosmoprof Asia (finished products) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on November 11-13. The 2025 edition reported 64,761 visitors and 2,688 exhibitors.
  • ProWine Shanghai - November 10-12 | Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Wine and spirits; pairs naturally with the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair the week before.
  • India International Trade Fair - November 14-27 | Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. ITPO's general trade fair, running a full two weeks and mixing business days with public days.
  • METALEX - November 18-21 | BITEC, Bangkok. The 40th edition of Southeast Asia's main machine tool and metalworking fair; 100,162 visitors in 2025.
  • Singapore FinTech Festival - November 18-20 | Singapore EXPO. Organized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore with GFTN, in collaboration with the Association of Banks in Singapore.
  • World Smart Energy Week - November 18-20 | INTEX Osaka. The autumn Osaka edition of Japan's energy exhibition series.
  • CPHI & PMEC India - November 23-26 | New Delhi and Greater Noida. Now two shows at two venues: CPHI India at IICC Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, on November 23-25, and PMEC India at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, on November 24-26, with shuttles between them.
  • bauma CHINA - November 23-27 | Shanghai. Construction machinery, biennial, and for the first time run across two venues: the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center on November 23-26 and the Shanghai New International Expo Centre on November 24-27. The single-venue 2024 edition reported 281,488 trade visitors and 3,542 exhibitors.
  • China Hi-Tech Fair - November 26-28 | Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. China's main national technology fair; 400,000+ professional visitors and 5,000+ exhibitors reported for 2025.

The Middle East: Dubai Twice Over

Dubai carries two separate clusters. Gulfood Manufacturing (November 3-5) and GESS Dubai (education, November 10-12) fill the first half of the month at Dubai World Trade Centre, while Automechanika Dubai, the region's automotive aftermarket fair, runs November 10-12 at a new venue: Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai. Then the last full week brings The Big 5 Global, the region's main construction event, on November 23-26 (85,000+ attendees and 2,800+ exhibitors in 2025), overlapping with the Dubai International Boat Show at Dubai Harbour on November 25-29.

Add ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi and Saudi Build in Riyadh in week one, and the Gulf hosts several of the month's larger floors inside four weeks.

North America: Front-Loaded, Then Thanksgiving

The US calendar splits around Thanksgiving on November 26. Almost everything significant runs before it:

IAAPA Expo is the largest of that group on its own reported numbers: 38,520 verified attendees and 1,100+ exhibitors in 2025, which the organizer called a record. RE+ reported 37,000+ industry professionals and 1,325 exhibiting companies at its 2025 edition, which was held in September.

Then the calendar stops for Thanksgiving week and restarts straight into December: RSNA opens at McCormick Place on November 29 (about 38,000 registrants in 2025) and AWS re:Invent takes over Las Vegas from November 30.

Several November 2026 Listings Are Easy to Get Wrong

An unusual number of November events changed month, city or format for 2026. Stale versions are still in circulation:

  • RE+ moved from September to November. The clean energy show runs November 16-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, not in its traditional September slot (RE+ future dates).
  • ISPO left Munich. The sporting goods fair moved to RAI Amsterdam under a new joint venture. Its first Amsterdam edition opens with a Leaders' Summit on November 3, and the exhibition runs November 4-5, about four weeks earlier than its last Munich slot (ISPO key information).
  • The Dubai International Boat Show moved from April to November. The organizer rescheduled its April 2026 edition to November 25-29 at Dubai Harbour and says November will be the show's permanent annual slot, to line up with the Gulf boating season (Dubai International Boat Show).
  • Fi Europe is in Frankfurt, and in November. It alternates between Frankfurt and Paris; the 2025 edition ran in Paris in early December, the 2026 edition runs at Messe Frankfurt on November 17-19.
  • Adobe MAX moved city and month, from Los Angeles in October 2025 to Miami Beach on November 10-12.
  • Automechanika Dubai changed venue. After 22 editions at Dubai World Trade Centre, it moves to Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai for November 10-12 (Automechanika Dubai). Expo City is a separate site in the south of the city, so check travel times if you are also visiting GESS at DWTC the same week.
  • Three shows went multi-venue. CPHI India runs November 23-25 at IICC Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, while PMEC India runs November 24-26 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida (CPHI India FAQs). bauma CHINA spans two Shanghai exhibition centers for the first time, SWEECC on November 23-26 and SNIEC on November 24-27 (bauma CHINA). Cosmoprof Asia continues its split between AsiaWorld-Expo and the Convention Centre. Check which venue your meetings are in.

Five events widely associated with November are not November 2026 shows at all. Airshow China in Zhuhai, a November fixture in 2024, runs December 7-13 this year (Airshow China). Indo Defence, which last ran in November 2024 in Jakarta, has moved to May 12-15, 2027, at NICE PIK 2 in Tangerang (Indo Defence). Automechanika Shanghai runs December 2-5. The Big 5 Construct Kenya has moved to October 21-23. And the World Utilities Congress in Abu Dhabi is a May event.

The practical rule: for anything in this month, confirm against the organizer's own site before you book. That applies to this page too, which is why the verification date is stated under the calendar table.

How to Choose When Everything Overlaps

1. Take the biennial shows first. electronica, EuroTier, EIMA International, bauma CHINA, EquipHotel and Euronaval are all even-year events. An annual show you skip returns in twelve months; a biennial one costs you two years. Lock the even-year events in first and fit the annuals around them.

2. Decide week one deliberately. November 2-6 carries automotive, energy, travel, hospitality, naval defense and the circular economy on three continents. It is the densest week of the month, and it arrives before most teams have finished following up on October.

3. Watch the Tuesday-to-Thursday collisions. November 10-13 in Munich, Hannover and Bologna, and November 17-19 in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Las Vegas, are the two windows where you are most likely to find two of your target audiences in different cities on the same day.

4. Plan around Thanksgiving and the December run-in. US buyers largely disappear in the week of November 23, and RSNA, re:Invent, The Big 5 Global and the December shows follow immediately. Most trade show ROI is won in follow-up, not on the floor, so leave room for it. (See our guide on measuring trade show ROI.)

December Events to Prepare for Now

Several major events straddle the boundary or open in the first weeks of December:

  • RSNA Annual Meeting - November 29-December 3 | Chicago (radiology)
  • AWS re:Invent - November 30-December 4 | Las Vegas (cloud computing)
  • Valve World Expo - December 1-3 | Düsseldorf (industrial valves, biennial)
  • Black Hat MEA - December 1-3 | Riyadh (cybersecurity)
  • Automechanika Shanghai - December 2-5 | Shanghai (automotive aftermarket)
  • GITEX Global - December 7-11 | Dubai (technology)
  • Airshow China - December 7-13 | Zhuhai (aerospace, moved from November)

Plan for the Collisions, Then Check the Venue

November 2026 is the last full month of the trade show year, and it behaves like one: three hard collisions, six even-year biennials and a US calendar that has to finish before Thanksgiving. The heaviest reported floors range from EICMA's 600,000+ visitors in Milan to CIIE's 4,108 exhibiting companies in Shanghai, but for most exhibitors the decision is not about size. It is about which of the November 2-6, November 10-13 and November 16-20 windows your buyers actually attend.

It is also a month where the calendar moved, as the listings section above sets out. The teams that get value out of November will be the ones that locked the biennial dates early, chose their week-one audience on purpose, and checked every listing against the organizer before wiring a deposit.
